Exploring Tucson

This weeks adventure was the "Sonora Desert Museum". Steve and I stopped to watch the prairie dog and his antics as he anxiously watched us.

The deer and mountain lion were enjoying the shade in the summer sun but we did get close enough for a picture.
Hunter...Steve just had to get this picture for you! Below is the limestone cave, complete with stalagmites, stalactites and pools.

Those are some great photos, Brenda! I can't believe how close you got to the deer. Wow!

Hi, I thought you were going to refer to the wooly looking 2 legged critter standing that the storm blew in. Thanks for the pictures. There are some neat animals out there and you were lucky enough to get close to them.
I wouldn't wouldn't recommend being in Tucson w/o A/c even in a house. I bet you were about to burn up. How in the world did you sleep?
We are doing fine. Wanted to let you know the checks arrived today. Talked to Sharon a few minutes ago and she said to tell you hi and send her love.
Brenda you can sign the letters also, you silly girl. You don't have to feel like Steve has to sign ours all the time. Love you.
Weather is hot and sticky here. Garden is about finished except for the lovely sweet potatoes.
By for now.
